Después de algunas críticas en las últimas cenas de los premio Martín Fierro, APTRA pretende no dejar nada librado al azar. Por eso en esta oportunidad el menú fue de las cosas que más celosamente se han tenido en cuenta.
La velada de gala del próximo domingo 18 agasajará a los candidatos con una entrada de ondulado de parmesano pica-pica con esponja de queso, mermelada de olivas negras y cremoso de curry.
Posteriormente habrá un mosaico de pulpo confitado al vacío, langostinos marinados en lima, untuoso de calabaza especiada, tomates confitados y aceite de pimentón ahumado.
Para el plato principal se prevé un corte de ternera braseado, molleja con laqueado cítrico, cremoso de batata-caramelo y portobellos anisados.
De postre, antes de conocerse el Martín Fierro de Oro y de brindar con el mejor champagne, se podrá degustar una trufa de chocolate blanco con lemon grass, helado de mascarpone y cubo de chocolate negro. Además habrá un árbol de copos, marshmallow y Tierra de Chocolate.
Está claro que hambre los invitados no van a pasar. Según dicen, el punto más importante de la conquista pasa por el estómago. ¿Será?
